We’re Hiring For 2026!!

About the Farm:

We are a small scale, certified organic operation run by partners, Grace + Griffin. We are cultivating about 8 acres of production and grow a huge assortment of mixed produce, some berries, and cut flowers. We are conscious stewards of the land, and are on a continued mission to learn best practices so that we can keep doing this for the rest of our lives! We sell wholesale to the food hub, some local restaurants, our local Food Coop, as well as for a CSA, and two farmers markets. Having a direct relationship with the people we grow food for makes it extremely special. The farm is located in Burlington, WA and is about 8 minutes off the freeway. We also have new land about 20 minutes from this farm where we are beginning to transition fully. All positions should expect to work at both locations.

About You:

We’re looking for hardworking folks that are interested in learning and being a part of a small scale, diversified produce focused farm. We’re hoping for someone who has some farming experience, but if not, the willingness to learn, and learn quickly. You MUST be in good physical condition, with the ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs multiple times a day, work 8+ hours a day on your feet (or knees!), and use your body. Many days this means working outside in inclement weather (heat, hail, rain, wind etc). We don’t take days off because it’s bad weather… you will work in it all! Our ideal candidates are passionate about food and the connection between food and farmer, love working outside and hard, and don’t mind getting dirty. You must be able to work with a team or alone, and enjoy the hustle and the ever changing that each day brings! We work very hard, are incredibly passionate about what we do. It’s important that we find someone with those same qualities. It’s important that you are efficient, timely, trustworthy, a good listener and be able to follow directions. We take pride in what we do, and we look forward to growing a team that wants to do the same. Farming is the hardest thing we’ve ever done, yet also the most rewarding. We hope to share this with you.

Other Notes:

  • Previous farm experience highly desired but exceptions will be made for the right candidates.

  • Previous experience working outside/doing manual labor highly desired.
